Product Introduction

It is a new type of high-efficiency air filter with automatic dust cleaning function, which is especially suitable for long-term and continuous air purification of gas-consuming equipment under various working conditions. It can effectively filter out fine pollutants contained in the air discharged during the production process, providing stable and reliable clean air protection for downstream equipment.


Working Principle

Filtration State

During normal operation, the air containing dust and particulate impurities enters the filter, and passes through the high-efficiency filter element from the outside to the inside. Solid particles and dust in the air are intercepted on the surface of the filter element, and the purified clean air is sent to the downstream air-consuming equipment through the air outlet, completing the high-efficiency gas-solid separation process.

Automatic Self-cleaning State

As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, the intelligent control system automatically activates the pulse self-cleaning mechanism. The high-pressure pulse air flow reversely blows the filter element, quickly and thoroughly peels off the dust attached to the surface of the filter element, and the dust is discharged out of the equipment. The whole self-cleaning process is completed without stopping the equipment, and the filter maintains continuous and stable air supply to the downstream system during the whole process.
