Product Introduction

It is a new type of high-efficiency bag filter developed on the basis of conventional short bag pulse filters. It not only combines the advantages of chamber back-blowing and pulse jet cleaning, but also adopts an extended filter bag design to give full play to the strong jet cleaning effect of compressed air. It overcomes the defects of low cleaning strength of chamber back-blowing, and the simultaneous operation of pulse jet cleaning and dust filtration, effectively prevents dust re-attachment and out-of-control problems. This design can significantly increase the filtration speed, save cleaning energy consumption and extend the service life of the filter bag. The electric control system of the filter adopts an advanced PLC programmable controller to realize fully automatic intelligent operation.


Working Principle

Filtration State

Dust-laden gas enters the filter, and is evenly distributed to each filtration chamber through the air duct. The gas passes through the filter bag from the outside to the inside, dust and particulate pollutants in the gas are intercepted on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified clean gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the induced draft fan, completing the high-efficiency gas-solid separation process.

Offline Pulse Cleaning State

As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the equipment increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, the PLC control system automatically activates the offline cleaning program. The air inlet and outlet valves of the target filtration chamber are closed to isolate the chamber from the main air flow, realizing offline state. Then the pulse jet mechanism is activated, and the high-pressure compressed air instantly blows the inner wall of the filter bag, making the filter bag expand and vibrate rapidly, thoroughly peeling off the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag. The dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged out of the equipment. After cleaning, the air inlet and outlet valves of the chamber are reopened and return to the filtration state. The system performs cleaning for each chamber in turn, and the whole cleaning process does not affect the normal operation of other chambers, ensuring continuous and uninterrupted operation of the whole equipment.
