Product Introduction

It is a device that uses centrifugal force generated by rotating airflow to separate dust particles from gas. It features simple structure, small volume, cost-effective price, convenient operation and easy maintenance, with low power consumption, and is suitable for high-temperature gas. However, it is only suitable for collecting dust particles larger than 10μm, with relatively low collection efficiency for fine particles smaller than 5μm (dust collection efficiency is about 60%-90%). Therefore, it is usually used as the first-stage dust removal equipment in industrial dust treatment systems.


Working Principle

Dust-laden gas enters the cyclone separator tangentially at a high speed and forms a strong rotating spiral flow inside the cylinder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the heavier coarse dust particles are thrown to the inner wall of the cylinder, lose kinetic energy and slide down along the wall into the ash hopper, realizing solid-gas separation. The purified gas after removing coarse particles forms an inner spiral upward flow and is discharged from the top exhaust pipe, while the separated dust is collected in the ash hopper for subsequent discharge or recovery.
