Compressed air carrying harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust and water enters the first-stage filtration unit of the Compressed Air Precision Filter.
When the compressed air passes through the first-stage cylindrical mesh filter element, a coalescence effect occurs. Larger particles are adsorbed onto the filter material, while water vapor condenses into larger water droplets.
The condensed water droplets and larger solid particles are separated under the action of centrifugal force and gravity, and are discharged through the automatic drain valve.
The pre-filtered compressed air then enters the high-precision filter element for secondary purification, further removing fine particulates, residual oil mist and water droplets, finally outputting high-purity clean compressed air.
