Operating Principle

Filtration Mode

During normal operation, air containing dust and particulate impurities enters the filter and passes through the high-efficiency filter element from outside to inside. Solid particles and dust in the air are trapped on the surface of the filter element, while the purified air is delivered to downstream air-consuming equipment through the air outlet, completing the efficient gas-solid separation process.

Automatic Self-Cleaning Mode

As dust accumulates on the filter element surface, the pressure difference between the filter's inlet and outlet increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset threshold, the intelligent control system automatically activates the pulse self-cleaning mechanism. High-pressure pulse air flow reversely blows the filter element, quickly and thoroughly stripping off the dust attached to its surface, which is then discharged out of the equipment. The entire self-cleaning process is completed without shutting down the equipment, ensuring the filter maintains continuous and stable air supply to the downstream system throughout.
