Working Principle
Dust-laden gas enters the dust collector and is evenly distributed into the filter chamber through a guide plate. The gas then flows downward along the filter bags and passes through the filter media uniformly. A downward airflow is formed at the bottom of the filter bags, consistent with the direction of dust settling during pulse jet cleaning, which is beneficial for dust sedimentation and improves the cleaning effect.
Performance Advantages
Low pressure jet cleaning: The jet pressure is generally 0.25~0.35 MPa, which significantly reduces cleaning energy consumption and further extends the service life of filter bags.
Pulse control: Supports automatic differential pressure control and manual operation modes for cleaning.
Lightweight and compact: Light weight, small footprint and low cost.
Cost-effective: Compared with large reverse bag filters, under the same air volume, the weight and footprint cost are about 1/3 of the latter.
