Self-Cleaning Air Filter is a new type of high-efficiency air Filter with automatic ash cleaning function, especially suitable for long-term continuous air purification of gas equipment under multi-dust conditions. It can effectively filter fine pollutants discharged in production processes. It is applied in air compressor stations, oxygen generation stations, air conditioning air supply systems, gas turbines, blast furnace blowers and other industries, filtering air particles and impurities.

Working Principle
Filtration Process: Dust-laden air is sucked in by the air compressor through the primary coarse filter box, then passes through the high-efficiency filter cylinder. Dust adheres to the high-efficiency filter cylinder due to gravity, inertia, diffusion and contact retention. Clean air enters the venturi tube through the sealing gasket, converges to the gas collection port and is sucked into the air compressor from the clean air outlet.
Self-Cleaning Process: When the pressure difference exceeds 600 Pa, the PLC controls the reverse self-cleaning process (0.1-0.2 seconds) in sequence by timing or pressure difference. The pulse solenoid valve opens, and the compressed air in the air storage tank is ejected through the diaphragm valve and venturi reverse blowpipe to clean the dust off the filter cylinder without interrupting normal filtration.
