Dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, passes through the filter bags to the clean air chamber, and then is discharged by the fan through the clean air outlet. Dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter bags, causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise continuously. To keep the resistance not exceeding 1200PA and ensure continuous operation, regular cleaning is required. The cleaning is triggered by the program controller starting the pulse valve at regular intervals: compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) is ejected from the nozzle of the blow pipe (primary air), inducing surrounding air several times of the primary air (secondary air) into the filter bags, making the filter bags expand sharply in an instant and shake off the dust with the reverse action of the airflow, thus achieving the purpose of cleaning.
