Cartridge Filter Dust Collector

The cartridge filter dust collector is a dust collector using filter cartridges as filter elements, or pulse jet cleaning. It can be classified by installation into oblique insertion, side-mounted, hanging and top-mounted types, and by filter cartridge material into long fiber polyester, composite fiber, anti-static, flame-retardant, PTFE membrane and nano cartridge dust collectors.

Product Features

It uses filter cartridges as core filter elements, with small pore size, good filtration performance, strong pressure resistance and high filtration precision. The cartridge height is small, making installation convenient and maintenance workload low. It solves the difficulty of filtering moist, fibrous, cohesive and non-sticky dust with cartridge technology. The filter media is pleated to greatly increase the filtration area, making the collector structure more compact. It can be equipped with pulse jet cleaning system for automatic cleaning, ensuring continuous and stable operation.

Working PrincipleDusty gas enters the ash hopper of the collector, where part of large particles settle due to sudden expansion of airflow section and airflow distribution plate. Fine and low-density dust enters the filter chamber and deposits on the filter surface through Brownian diffusion and sieving effects. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. When the resistance increases, the pulse jet cleaning system is activated to blow off the dust from the filter cartridges, ensuring continuous operation.
