Featuring a reliable threaded base (TB) structure, it enables secure screw-lock installation, excellent positioning stability and zero-shift operation under extreme high-flow and pressure fluctuation conditions.

With a 33-inch full-length gradient fiberglass media layout, the I-633C5TB offers greatly expanded filtration area compared with 14/22/28-inch models. Adopting professional aviation-grade hydrophilic fiber material, it achieves precise capture of submicron emulsified water and fine contaminants. Working Principle

Following standard inside-to-out coalescing filtration mechanism:

  1. Outer gradient fiber buffer layer disperses high-speed fuel flow and intercepts large sediment, rust and mechanical impurities to prevent early-stage media blockage.

  2. Dense inner hydrophilic fiberglass layer captures invisible submicron emulsified water droplets and ultra-fine particles.

  3. Micro water droplets collide, adsorb and coalesce into large water beads under continuous fluid shear force.

  4. Gravity difference separates water from fuel, outputting dry, aviation-standard clean fuel.
