The CAA11-5 is a standard 5-inch high-efficiency coalescing filter element, specifically designed for the fine purification of industrial compressed air and gas systems. Its core function is to efficiently remove suspended oil mist, water mist, and sub-micron solid particles (with a filtration rating down to 0.01 μm) from the air stream through multi-layers of specially treated glass fiber or polymeric coalescing media. It can reduce the residual oil content in compressed air to below 0.01 ppm, providing an ultra-clean air source for downstream precision equipment and processes.
