The CA14-3 is an industrial-grade, high-performance filter cartridge designed for fine filtration in compressed air, gas, or light liquid systems. Its core function is to efficiently intercept and separate micron-sized oil mist, water aerosols, and solid particles from the fluid stream. By employing a multi-layered composite filter media structure, it ensures the delivery of clean, dry working fluid to downstream processes or equipment, making it essential for industrial applications with stringent fluid purity requirements.

    • Utilizes gradient-density coalescing filter media designed to effectively capture liquid and aerosol contaminants as small as ≥0.1 µm.

    • Delivers high outlet fluid cleanliness, capable of maintaining residual oil content ≤0.1 ppm under standard operating conditions.

  • Robust and Reliable Construction

    • Features an internal helical support core for enhanced pressure resistance and structural integrity. The filter media is securely sealed to the end caps with epoxy resin to eliminate fluid bypass.

    • Equipped with a standard M30×1.5 male thread interface, ensuring easy installation and compatibility with most universal filter housings.

  • High Efficiency with Low Pressure Loss

    • Optimized media arrangement and flow area provide high filtration efficiency while maintaining a low operating pressure drop, with an initial pressure drop of approximately 0.05–0.1 bar.

  • Broad Operational Compatibility

    • Rated for pressures up to 10 bar and operates effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C.
