The CM-14SB-5 is a high-efficiency coalescing filter cartridge designed for industrial compressed air, gas, and light liquid systems. It utilizes a multi-layer composite filtration structure to effectively separate oil mist, water aerosols, and micron-sized solid particles from the fluid stream. Its core function is to ensure the delivery of high-purity fluid to downstream equipment and processes, making it a key component in industrial environments with stringent fluid quality control requirements.

• High-Efficiency Coalescing Performance

• Employs gradient-density glass fiber or polymeric coalescing media to reliably intercept both liquid and solid contaminants as small as ≥0.1 µm.

• Typically maintains residual oil content ≤0.1 ppm in the outlet fluid under standard conditions.

• Robust and Durable Construction

• Features an internally reinforced helical support core for excellent pressure resistance and structural stability. The filter media is securely sealed to the end caps with epoxy resin to prevent leaks and fluid bypass.

• Equipped with a universal M30×1.5 male thread interface, ensuring compatibility with most standard 5-inch filter housings.

• Low-Pressure Drop Design

• Optimized media layering and flow-path design result in a low initial pressure drop of approximately 0.05–0.12 bar, helping to reduce overall system energy consumption.

• Broad Compatibility

• Rated for operating pressures up to 12 bar and functions effectively within a temperature range of -10°C to 70°C.

• Built to standard dimensions (approx. 69–70 mm OD, 5-inch / 127 mm height), allowing direct interchangeability with equivalent cartridges from major brands.
