• Utilizes a layered gradient-density media structure to achieve effective coalescing of liquid aerosols and capture of solid particles as small as ≥0.1 µm.

• Maintains a low residual oil content of ≤0.1 ppm under standard operating conditions, ensuring high outlet fluid purity.

• Robust and Reliable Construction

• Built with an internal metal support core to withstand system pulsations and prevent media collapse. The media pack is securely bonded to metal end caps with epoxy resin, eliminating the risk of bypass or leakage.

• Features a standard M30×1.5 male thread interface (or equivalent compact design), ensuring easy installation and broad compatibility with 3-inch filter housings from various manufacturers.

• Optimized Hydraulic Performance

• Engineered for a low initial pressure drop (typically 0.05–0.15 bar), reducing the energy burden on the compressor or pump and contributing to lower operational costs.

• Operates effectively at pressures up to 12 bar and within a temperature range of -10°C to 60°C, accommodating a wide array of industrial environments.
