The CAA22-5 is a premium, high-performance coalescing filter cartridge engineered for demanding industrial and specialized applications where standard filter materials are insufficient. Its defining characteristic is the use of stainless steel in its core structural components, making it exceptionally resistant to corrosion, oxidation, and chemical degradation. Designed to deliver ultra-clean compressed air, gases, or light liquids, it reliably removes sub-micron oil aerosols, water mist, and particulate matter, ensuring protection for sensitive downstream equipment even in harsh operating environments.

• Constructed with stainless steel end caps and a stainless steel internal support core, providing excellent long-term performance in humid, marine, or chemically aggressive atmospheres where galvanized steel would corrode.

• High-Efficiency Coalescing Filtration

• Employs a multi-layered, gradient-density glass fiber or synthetic media pack to achieve high removal efficiency for contaminants as small as ≥0.01 µm.

• Capable of delivering residual oil content ≤0.01 ppm under standard operating conditions, ensuring exceptional fluid purity.

• Robust Design for Demanding Conditions

• Rated for higher operating pressures, typically up to 16 bar (232 psi), and suitable for a wide temperature range (e.g., -20°C to 80°C).

• Compatible with a standard M30×1.5 male thread interface and can be fitted with high-performance sealing rings (e.g., FKM/Viton) for enhanced chemical compatibility.

• Hygienic & Cleanable Design
