The K.4-842 Coalescing Filter Cartridge is engineered for high-performance phase separation in demanding fluid systems. Its core function is the capture, merging, and subsequent drainage of sub-micron liquid aerosols entrained within a gas stream or immiscible liquids within a liquid stream. Utilizing a precisely graded, multi-layer depth filtration media, the cartridge forces these fine droplets to coalesce into larger ones that can be separated effectively by gravity, thereby delivering clean, dry, and particle-free output to protect sensitive downstream components and processes.
