Product Introduction
This replacement refrigeration unit oil filter cartridge is designed for removing metal powder generated by component wear and colloid particles from chemical reactions in lubricating oil streams. It is installed in the oil delivery pipeline after the oil pump and behind the oil cooler, fully compatible with JZKA25 and JZKA31.5 series refrigeration units. The high-strength stainless steel filter structure ensures stable and reliable operation in high-pressure lubricating oil circuits, providing optimal protection for core screw bearing rotor components. It can effectively prevent premature wear of screw bearing rotors, extend the service life of downstream precision oil filters, reduce equipment wear, cut unplanned shutdowns and maintenance costs, and improve the overall operation stability of the refrigeration unit.
The LFYL-3004B/X and LFYL-3004C/X oil filter cartridges can remove contaminants including metal powder from component wear, colloid particles from system medium chemical reactions, and other solid particulate matter from the lubricating oil streams of JZKA25 and JZKA31.5 series refrigeration units.
