Product Introduction

The DMC series single machine pulse bag filter adopts high-pressure (0.5-0.7MPa) large-flow pulse valve sub-bag pulse cleaning technology. Compared with other domestic single machines, it features strong ash removal capacity and high dust removal efficiency. It also has a compact structure, small size, light weight, easy installation and convenient maintenance (external filter type). It is widely used in dust-containing gas purification systems in industries such as building materials, metallurgy, mining, coal and non-metallic mineral ultra-fine powder processing, making it an ideal equipment for environmental protection dust removal.

Working Principle

Dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, passes through the filter bag to become clean gas which enters the clean air chamber and is discharged by the fan. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag and accumulates continuously, causing the resistance of the dust collector to rise gradually. To ensure continuous operation when the resistance does not exceed 1200Pa, regular ash removal is required.

Ash removal is triggered by the program controller, which starts the pulse valves in sequence. Compressed air (0.5-0.7MPa) is ejected from the blowpipe (primary air), inducing several times the amount of surrounding air (secondary air) to enter the filter bag. This causes the filter bag to expand sharply instantaneously, and the reverse airflow shakes off the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, achieving the purpose of ash removal.
