Product Introduction

LCM Series Long Bag Offline Pulse Dust Collector is a new type of high-efficiency baghouse dust collector developed on the basis of conventional short-bag pulse dust collectors. It combines the advantages of compartmental reverse blowing and in-line pulse cleaning, and uses longer filter bags to fully utilize the strong jet cleaning effect of compressed air. It overcomes the shortcomings of low cleaning intensity in compartmental reverse blowing, and the problem of dust re-entrainment and out-of-control during in-line pulse cleaning, thus improving filtration velocity, saving energy consumption and extending filter bag life. The electric control system adopts advanced PLC programmable controller. It is applied in machinery equipment, workshop grinding, power plant, steel plant, cement plant, carbon black, foundry and other industries, filtering air particles, flue gas pollution and ultra-fine dust.

Working Principle

The dust collector consists of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box, with the middle and lower boxes designed as compartment structures. During operation, dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet: coarse particles fall directly to the bottom of the ash hopper, while fine particles flow upward into the middle and lower boxes with the airflow, depositing on the outer surface of the filter bags. The purified gas enters the upper box and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust pipe via the clean air manifold.
The cleaning process first cuts off the clean air outlet duct of the compartment, stopping airflow through the filter bags (offline cleaning). Then the pulse valve is activated to inject compressed air for pulse cleaning, with sufficient closing time to ensure dust stripped from the filter bags falls into the ash hopper, avoiding re-entrainment. The dust is then attached to the surface of adjacent filter bags via airflow, ensuring thorough cleaning. The entire process is fully automated via PLC control of exhaust valves, pulse valves and ash discharge valves.
