LCM Series Long Bag Offline Pulse Jet Baghouse Dust Collector

The LCM type long bag pulse jet dust collector is a new high-efficiency baghouse developed on the basis of conventional short bag pulse jet dust collectors. It combines the advantages of compartmentalized reverse cleaning and pulse jet cleaning, with extended filter bags to fully utilize the strong jet cleaning effect of compressed air. It overcomes the shortcomings of weak compartmentalized reverse cleaning strength and dust re-entrainment during pulse jet cleaning, preventing dust re-adhesion and uncontrolled velocity, thus saving energy consumption and extending filter bag life. The electric control system adopts advanced PLC programmable controller.

The dust collector consists of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box, with the upper, middle and lower boxes as compartmentalized structures. During operation, dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet, with coarse particles directly falling to the bottom, and fine particles flowing upward into the middle and lower boxes with the airflow. Dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bags, and the filtered gas enters the clean air manifold in the upper box and is discharged to the atmosphere through the exhaust fan. The cleaning process first closes the clean air outlet duct of the compartment, making the filter bags in a no-flow state (offline cleaning). Then the pulse valve is opened to inject compressed air for pulse jet cleaning. The valve is closed after a set time to ensure the stripped dust falls back to the ash hopper, avoiding re-adhesion to adjacent filter bags. The entire cleaning process is fully automatically controlled by a programmable controller via exhaust valves, pulse valves and ash discharge valves.
