Self-cleaning Air Filter

The self-cleaning air filter is a new type of high-efficiency air filter with automatic self-cleaning function. It is especially suitable for long-term, continuous air purification of gas equipment under dusty conditions, effectively filtering fine pollutants emitted during production processes.

Product Features

It has three self-cleaning modes: timing, differential pressure and manual, controlled by an intelligent distributor. It can realize automatic cleaning of air filter elements without affecting normal operation of other filter elements. It adopts a reasonable design with no-bend pipe and high-layer stacked combination type, which is convenient and quick to install. Under general environmental conditions, the replacement cycle of filter elements can reach about 2 years.

Working PrincipleDusty air is sucked in by the air compressor, passing through the primary coarse filter and high-efficiency filter cylinder. Dust adheres to the high-efficiency filter cylinder through comprehensive effects of gravity, inertia, diffusion and contact retention. When the differential pressure exceeds 600 Pa or the set time is reached, the PLC controls the reverse blowing self-cleaning process (0.1-0.2 seconds) to clean the dust off the filter cylinder, ensuring continuous air supply.
