Product Introduction
The LCM type long bag offline pulse jet baghouse dust collector is a new type of high-efficiency baghouse dust collector developed on the basis of conventional short bag pulse jet dust collectors. It combines the advantages of compartmentalized reverse blowing and pulse jet cleaning, with extended filter bags to fully utilize the strong jet cleaning effect of compressed air. It overcomes the shortcomings of weak compartmentalized reverse blowing intensity and simultaneous dust re-adhesion, saving energy consumption and prolonging filter bag life. The electric control system adopts advanced PLC programmable controller.

Product Features
It adopts thickened plates with strong cleaning capacity, high dust removal efficiency and low emission concentration. The filter bag mouth uses elastic expansion rings with good sealing performance and firm reliability. The inlet and outlet air ducts are compactly arranged with low airflow resistance. It can be selected according to dust concentration and different filter materials. It has compartmentalized offline cleaning and PLC automatic control, ensuring thorough cleaning and stable operation.
Working PrincipleThe dust collector consists of ash hopper, upper box, middle box and lower box with compartmentalized structure. Dusty gas enters the ash hopper, with coarse particles falling directly and fine particles entering the middle and lower boxes, adhering to the outer surface of filter bags. The purified gas enters the clean air header and is discharged. The cleaning process cuts off the clean air outlet of the compartment, then uses compressed air for pulse jet cleaning, making the dust fall into the ash hopper and avoiding re-adhesion. The whole process is fully automatically controlled by PLC.
