Product Introduction
The air box pulse jet baghouse dust collector combines the advantages of compartmentalized reverse blowing and pulse jet dust collectors, overcoming the shortcomings of insufficient dynamic strength in compartmentalized reverse blowing and simultaneous dust re-adhesion in pulse jet cleaning. It enhances applicability, improves dust collection efficiency, prolongs filter bag life, and is widely used in the cement industry, especially as a high-concentration dust collection device for high outlet concentration vertical mills and O-Sepa separators.

Product Features
It adopts a double-diaphragm structure with sensitive control, high efficiency and long service life. The main body consists of four parts: box body, bag room, ash hopper and inlet/outlet air duct. The top of the box body is made into a 1.5" slope to prevent water accumulation in outdoor use. The bag room is located at the lower part of the box body, used to accommodate bag cages and form a filtration space. The outlet is equipped with air lock devices such as rotary unloader or flap valve for continuous ash discharge.
Working PrincipleDusty flue gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, with coarse particles falling into the ash hopper and fine particles rising into the bag room. After filtration by filter bags, dust is blocked on the outer surface of filter bags, and purified gas enters the box body and is discharged from the air outlet. When the resistance reaches the preset value (1245-1470Pa), the cleaning controller sends a signal to close the lift valve, cut off the gas flow, and open the electromagnetic pulse valve to inject compressed air for pulse jet cleaning, making the dust fall into the ash hopper. The whole process is compartmentalized offline cleaning, ensuring continuous operation.
