Product Introduction

The efficient multi-stage combined gas filter separator can provide customers with an efficient and economical solution for gas-liquid/gas-solid separation and filtration. It enhances the separation efficiency and reduces impurity carryover, meeting the demanding working conditions of customers and protecting downstream equipment. 

The gas filter separators produced by our company come in two forms: vertical and horizontal. The vertical filter separators are used for removing droplets and in situations where the floor space is limited, while the horizontal filter separators areused for handling high flow rates of droplets.

Working principle:

The gas enters the filter through the inlet and first passes through the anti-collision baffle to remove large solid particles and some entrained liquids. t collides with the support tube that supports the filter element (to avoid direct impact of the air flow on the filter element, causing premature damage to the filter material). The larger solid-liquid particles are initially separated and settle to the bottom of the container under the action of gravity (regularly discharged from the discharge outlet). Then the gas passes through the filter cartridge from the outside in, and the solid particles are carried by the filter medium.The liquid particles gradually aggregate and grow on the inner surface of the filter cartridge due to the aggregation function of the filter medium. When the droplet reaches a certain size, it will fall off from the inner surface due to the impact of the air flow and enter the internal flow channel of the filter before entering the discharge chamber. In the outflow chamber, larger liquid droplets are separated by gravity settling peaks. In addition, there are separation elements in the outflow chamber that can effectively capture liquid droplets to prevent the outlet droplets from being carried, further improving the separation effect. The clean gas flows out of the filter separator afterwards.As the amount of gas passing through increases, particles deposited on the filter can cause an increase in the pressure difference of the gas filter. When the pressure difference rises to the specified value, it indicates that the filter element has been clogged and should be replaced in a timely manner.

1. In petroleum and chemical processes (such as purification and separation of raw gas in ammonia synthesis, nitric acid production, and methanol production), as well as in the extraction of natural gas and the recovery of hydrogen-rich tail gas from diesel hydrolysis, these technologies are used to separate and remove harmful substances or to efficiently recover useful substances with high quality. 

2. Pipeline systems for natural gas distribution, removing lubricating oil, water, wear products of compressors, corrosion products, and other pollutants in the gas. 

3. Natural gas metering and supervision stations, protecting gas flow meters to ensure accurate indication of flow.

4. Natural gas compressor stations, protecting compressors and turbines. 

5. Natural gas power plants, power plants, refineries, petrochemical plants, reducing solution losses in gas purification units; cleaning fuel gas, protecting combustion devices; preventing liquid injection well holes from clogging in gas overflow; protecting catalysts, desiccants, and adsorbents.
