Product Introduction

It integrates a five-stage filtration system, combining precision filtration and high-efficiency dehydration in one unit. Adopting American "coalescence-separation" technology for dehydration, it features high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity, especially suitable for separating large amounts of water from oil liquids, with performance far superior to centrifugal dehydration methods. It can completely break the oil-water emulsion structure in the medium. Through the particle filtration system, the cleanliness of the medium can be stably controlled to meet system requirements, ensuring the cleanliness of the oil liquid. It does not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil liquid, extending its service life. Working Principle

Coalescence Dehydration Stage

Contaminated oil liquid enters the coalescence dehydration module. The water molecules in the oil liquid are gradually coalesced into larger water droplets through the special coalescence filter element. Under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, these large water droplets are separated from the oil liquid and discharged through the water outlet, completely breaking the oil-water emulsion structure.

Precision Filtration Stage

The dehydrated oil liquid then enters the multi-stage precision filtration module. Solid particles, impurities and mechanical debris in the oil liquid are intercepted and removed by the high-precision filter elements, gradually reducing the particle count and controlling the oil cleanliness to the target level. The purified oil liquid is output from the outlet, ready for reuse or storage.
