Product Introduction

It is designed based on the principle of different boiling points of water and oil. The system consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, pre-filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electric control cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create a negative pressure environment. Under atmospheric pressure, the contaminated oil liquid enters the pre-filter through the inlet pipeline to remove large particles, then flows into the heating tank and is heated to 40~75°C. The heated oil passes through an automatic oil level valve to maintain a balanced oil level in the vacuum tank.

Working Principle

Pre-filtration & Heating Stage

Contaminated oil liquid enters the pre-filter under atmospheric pressure to remove large solid particles, then flows into the vacuum heating tank and is heated to 40~75°C to reduce oil viscosity and accelerate water evaporation.

Vacuum Dehydration & Degassing Stage

The heated oil is atomized in the vacuum tank, and water and dissolved gases are rapidly evaporated into vapor under low pressure. The vacuum pump sucks the vapor into the condenser, where it is cooled and condensed into water for discharge.

Precision Filtration Stage

The dehydrated and degassed oil is pumped into the fine filter, where fine particles and sludge are removed by high-precision filter elements, finally outputting clean oil with low water content, low gas content and high cleanliness.
