
Working Principle
Particle Filtration System: Adopts high-efficiency filter media as the filter material with an ultra-large filter area design, effectively removing extremely fine particle impurities to achieve high oil cleanliness.
Coalescence System: Composed of a group of coalescence filter elements with a unique polar molecular structure. Free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter elements, then settle into the water storage tank by gravity.
Separation System: The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, coalesce with each other and settle into the water storage tank by gravity.
Drainage System: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water until it drops below the liquid level, then the valve is closed to stop draining.
