Product Introduction

LYC-J Series Coalescence Dehydration Oil Purifier integrates a five-stage filtration system, combining precise filtration and high-efficiency dehydration functions. It introduces American "coalescence separation" technology with high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity, especially suitable for separating large amounts of water in oil, far exceeding the dehydration capacity of centrifugal methods. It can break the entire oil-water emulsion structure in the oil; the particle filtration system can stably control the cleanliness of the medium to the system's required state to ensure the cleanliness of the oil; it does not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil, prolonging the service life of the oil; it has low energy consumption and operating costs; the system has excellent continuous operation performance, suitable for online operation. It is used for filtering new oil, adding new oil and filtering, purifying oil in use, and bypass filtering during hydraulic lubrication system operation.

Working Principle

  1. Particle Filtration System: Adopts high-efficiency filter media as the filter material with an ultra-large filter area design, effectively removing extremely fine particle impurities to achieve high oil cleanliness.

  2. Coalescence System: Composed of a group of coalescence filter elements with a unique polar molecular structure. Free water and emulsified water in the oil coalesce into larger water droplets after passing through the filter elements, then settle into the water storage tank by gravity.

  3. Separation System: The separation filter element is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, coalesce with each other and settle into the water storage tank by gravity.

  4. Drainage System: The separated water is stored in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water until it drops below the liquid level, then the valve is closed to stop draining.
