Product Introduction

The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, precision filter, condenser, pre-filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electrical cabinet. 


Working Principle

  1. Vacuum System: Composed of vacuum tank, vacuum pump, condenser, liquid storage tank and air supply system. Optimized structure design greatly increases the surface area of the oil in the vacuum system and maximizes the stroke of the oil in the vacuum system, so that the water and gas in the oil are fully overflowed. The advanced foam elimination system ensures no oil injection phenomenon during operation.

  2. Filtration System: Adopts three-stage filtration. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter. The two-stage fine filter quickly improves the oil cleanliness. The filter material is made of special gradient pore diameter glass fiber material, which can filter particles of different particle sizes in layers, greatly improving the service life of the filter element.

  3. Heating System: Adopts segmented gradual heating with a surface thermal load of less than 1.0W/cm², avoiding oil deterioration due to overheating. The oil temperature can be adjusted arbitrarily between 0~100°C with automatic control and protection devices.

  4. Automatic Control System: Collects various operation information through frequency converter, liquid level transmitter, temperature sensor and vacuum degree sensor, and processes it by the central processor to automatically control the operation and monitor the operation status. It is equipped with overload protection, overvoltage protection, phase sequence protection and abnormal operation shutdown protection to ensure safe operation.

  5. Complete Machine Structure: Adopts an integrated bridge frame structure to reduce the volume. The detachable oil tank ensures no oil on the ground and reduces environmental pollution. It has multiple models such as mobile, fixed, fully enclosed and vehicle-mounted.
