Device Performance

1. High Viscosity Adaptability: Adopts a special gear pump for high-viscosity oil, conveying oil with stable flow, no pulsation, low noise and low vibration, and has strong self-priming capacity.

2. Multi-medium Filtration: Can filter various corrosive media, very suitable for the filtration and dehydration of high-viscosity oil.

4. Heatable Function: When the oil temperature is too low or the viscosity is too high, the heater can be started to heat the oil, with a maximum temperature of 120°C.

5. Safety Protection: The pipeline is equipped with an overflow protection device to effectively protect the safety of the hydraulic system.

6. Motor Protection: Adopts thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload.

7. Pump Protection: The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter.

8. Customizable Precision: The fine filter can be selected with different precisions according to user needs.

9. Quick-Open Structure: The filter housing adopts a quick-open structure, which can quickly open the cover without tools to replace the filter element.

10. Pressure Monitoring: A pressure gauge is installed on the panel to continuously indicate the system operation status and filter element pollution degree.
