Vacuum Oil Purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, filter, condenser, pre-filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts air from the vacuum tank to create negative pressure, drawing oil into the pre-filter to remove large particles. The oil then enters the heating tank and is heated to 40~75°C, controlled by an automatic oil float valve to balance the inlet and outlet flow.
Equipment Performance
vacuum system: Composed of vacuum tank, vacuum pump, condenser, liquid storage tank and air supply system. Optimized structure maximizes oil surface area and residence time, fully removing water and gas. An advanced foam elimination system prevents oil spraying during operation.
filtration system: Three-stage filtration with suction port coarse filter protecting the oil pump and extending main filter life. Two-stage fine filters use gradient pore size fiberglass media to layer-filter particles, ensuring stable precision and long filter life.
heating system: Step-by-step heating with low surface heat load (≤1.0W/cm²) to avoid oil deterioration. Oil temperature is adjustable from 0~100°C with automatic control and protection, stopping heating when inlet flow is insufficient.
automatic control system: Uses inverter, level transmitter, temperature sensor and vacuum sensor to collect operation data, processed by a central processor for automatic control. Protection devices include overload, overpressure, phase sequence and abnormal shutdown protection.
complete structure: Integrated bridge structure reduces size, with a removable oil tank for leak-free operation. Available in mobile, fixed, fully enclosed and vehicle-mounted models.

Equipment Advantages
simple operation: Driven by a special gear pump with low noise, strong self-priming capacity and stable operation.
pump protection: Suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and extends main filter service life.
motor protection: Thermal relay protection prevents motor damage from overload.
flexible precision selection: Fine filters can be selected with different precisions to meet user requirements.
