LYC-C box-type mobile oil purifier

The LYC-C box-type mobile oil purifier is a portable box-type unit with its own oil tank, which can realize self-circulation filtration of oil from the self-prepared oil tank and directly inject it into the system after reaching the standard. It is especially suitable for hydraulic systems with precision components such as servo valves and proportional relief valves.

Product Features

It adopts a high-viscosity special oil pump for smooth, pulsation-free fluid delivery with low noise, small vibration and strong self-priming ability. It can filter various corrosive media, especially suitable for filling and filtering high-viscosity oil. It has optional heating function to heat oil up to 120°C when temperature is too low or oil viscosity is too high. The pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device to ensure the safety of hydraulic system. It uses thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter. The fine filter can select different precisions according to user needs to provide better protection for the system. The filter housing adopts quick-opening structure, allowing quick and easy opening and filter element replacement without any tools.

Working Principle

The oil in the self-prepared oil tank enters the filter system through the oil suction port, first passing through the coarse filter to remove large particles, then through the secondary and tertiary fine filters to remove fine impurities. If needed, the heater can be activated to heat the oil to reduce viscosity. After filtration, the clean oil can be directly injected into the hydraulic system or circulated back to the oil tank for further purification. The overflow protection and thermal relay protection ensure stable and safe operation during the filtration process.
