It adopts a special high viscosity oil pump, which delivers fluid smoothly, without pulsation, low noise, small vibration and strong self-priming ability. It can filter various corrosive media, especially suitable for filling and filtering high viscosity oil. It has optional heating function, which can start the heater to heat the oil up to 120°C when the temperature is too low or the oil viscosity is too high. The pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device to effectively protect the safety of hydraulic system. It adopts thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter.Working Principle
Impure oil enters the filter system through the oil suction port, first passing through the coarse filter to remove large solid impurities, then through the fine filter with selectable precision to remove fine impurities. If needed, the heater can be activated to heat the oil to reduce viscosity, and the oil can also be treated by vacuum evaporation-pressure filtration to remove water. After filtration, the purified oil can be directly injected into the system or circulated back to the oil tank. The overflow protection, thermal relay protection and pressure gauge monitoring ensure stable and safe operation during the filtration process, and the quick-opening filter housing facilitates convenient maintenance and filter element replacement.
