The vacuum system (vacuum tank, vacuum pump, condenser, liquid storage tank, air supplement system) adopts optimized structure to increase oil surface area and stroke for full water/gas overflow, with advanced foam elimination system to prevent oil injection. The three-stage filtration system uses gradient pore size glass fiber media to protect the oil pump and extend filter life, ensuring stable filtration accuracy and high oil cleanliness. The heating system adopts step-by-step gradual heating (thermal surface load <1.0W/cm²) to avoid oil deterioration, with 0~100°C adjustable oil temperature and dry-burn protection. The automatic control system uses PLC with multiple safety protections (overload, overvoltage, phase sequence, abnormal shutdown), and the integrated bridge structure with detachable oil tank is available in mobile, fixed and vehicle-mounted types.Working Principle
Contaminated oil enters the primary filter to remove large particles, then flows into the vacuum heating tank and is heated to 40~75°C. The atomized oil evaporates water into vapor, which is sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump, cooled and discharged. The dehydrated oil is then pumped into the fine filter to remove particulate impurities, and the clean oil is discharged from the outlet. The automatic control system monitors vacuum degree, temperature and liquid level to ensure stable and safe operation.
