The particle filtration system uses high-efficiency filter material with large filtration area design, which can effectively remove extremely fine particle impurities to make the oil reach high cleanliness. The coalescence system is composed of a group of coalescence filter elements with unique polar molecular structure, and the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets after passing through the filter elements, and then settle to the water storage tank by gravity. The drainage system stores the separated water in the water storage tank, and when the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water until it drops below the liquid level, then the valve is closed to stop draining. It is equipped with a special gear pump driven by motor, featuring low noise, strong self-priming ability and stable operation. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter.
Working PrincipleThe oil enters the system through the oil suction port, first passes through the pre-pump coarse filter to remove large particle impurities, then enters the coalescence system, where the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets by the coalescence filter elements with polar molecular structure, then enters the separation system, where the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the hydrophobic filter elements, coalesce with each other and settle to the water storage tank by gravity, then passes through the primary and secondary fine filters to remove fine particle impurities, and the purified oil is output from the outlet pipe. The separated water is stored in the water storage tank, and when the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water automatically until it drops below the liquid level, then the valve is closed to stop draining.
