LOF5 Series HYDAC Replacement Oil Purifier

The LOF5 series HYDAC replacement oil purifier is a portable oil filtration device composed of motor, filter pump and filter, which is convenient and quick to use. It can filter new oil, purify in-service oil and perform bypass filtration for hydraulic lubrication systems, achieving high-efficiency oil purification effect by inserting the oil inlet and outlet pipes into the oil tank to be filtered and starting the motor.

Product Features

It is composed of motor, filter pump and filter, with simple structure and convenient operation. It adopts a special gear pump driven by motor, featuring low noise, strong self-priming ability and stable operation. It has four-stage filtration system (primary coarse filtration and three-stage fine filtration), which can effectively remove solid impurities from oil. It is equipped with oil suction port coarse filter to protect the oil pump and prolong the service life of main filter. It adopts thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The fine filter can select different precisions according to user needs to meet different filtration requirements. It has compact structure and small size, easy to move and suitable for on-site operation.

Working PrinciplePlace the machine on a flat ground or vehicle, check the firmness of the whole machine especially the connection between motor and oil pump, connect the power supply correctly and start the oil pump to check the rotation direction, then connect the inlet and outlet pipes tightly. Start the motor button, the oil enters the filtration system, passes through primary coarse filter (100μm) and four-stage fine filter (3,5,10,20,30μm) to remove impurities, and the purified oil is output from the outlet pipe. When switching oil tanks, operate quickly to avoid long-time idling of the oil pump, and restart the machine after reconnecting the oil inlet pipe if necessary.
