Product Introduction
The vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank filter, condenser, primary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump and electrical cabinet. It removes impurities, water and gas from oil through vacuum heating, evaporation, condensation and multi-stage filtration, ensuring the oil is clean and qualified.

Product Features
The vacuum system adopts optimized structure to increase the surface area of oil and prolong its stroke, fully separating water and gas. It uses advanced foam elimination system to avoid oil spraying. The filtration system has three-stage filtration with gradient pore size glass fiber material, improving filter life and filtration precision. The heating system uses segmented gradual heating with low surface heat load, avoiding oil deterioration and realizing automatic temperature control. The automatic control system collects operation data via sensors, realizing automatic control and multiple protections. The integrated frame structure reduces volume, with multiple types available.
Working PrincipleThe vacuum pump extracts air to form vacuum, and oil enters the primary filter to remove large particles, then enters the heating tank. After heating to 40-75°C, the oil is atomized into mist, and water evaporates into steam, which is sucked into the condenser and cooled back to water. The oil in the vacuum tank is pumped into the fine filter to remove micro impurities, completing the whole process of removing impurities, water and gas.
AdvantagesIt has high-efficiency vacuum dehydration and degassing function, with water content after filtration as low as 5-30ppm and gas content ≤0.2%. The three-stage filtration system ensures high cleanliness of oil. The automatic control system realizes unattended operation with multiple protections. The compact structure and multiple types make it suitable for various on-site operations.
ApplicationFiltration of new oil and filling new oil after filtration. Purification of in-service oil in hydraulic lubrication systems. Bypass filtration during the operation of hydraulic lubrication systems. Efficient removal of impurities, water and gas from various industrial oils to extend oil service life.
