The LYC-C box-type mobile oil purifier is a portable oil tank type with its own oil tank. It can filter the oil in its own tank through self-circulation to meet the standard and then inject it directly into the system. It is especially suitable for hydraulic systems with precision components such as servo valves and proportional relief valves.

Product Features

It adopts a special high-viscosity oil pump, delivering fluid smoothly, without pulsation, low noise, small vibration and strong self-priming ability. It can filter various corrosive media, especially suitable for filling and filtering high-viscosity oil. It has optional heating function, which can heat the oil up to 120°C when the temperature is too low or the oil viscosity is too high. The pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device to effectively protect the safety of hydraulic system. It adopts thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter. The fine filter can select different precisions according to user needs to provide better protection for the system. The filter housing adopts quick-opening structure, which can quickly open the upper cover and replace the filter element without any tools.

Working PrincipleThe oil in the self-contained oil tank is pumped into the filtration system by the special gear pump, passing through the primary coarse filter, secondary fine filter and tertiary fine filter to remove solid impurities. If needed, the heater can be activated to heat the oil to reduce viscosity. After filtration, the clean oil is returned to the oil tank for self-circulation until it meets the standard, and then injected directly into the hydraulic system. The overflow protection and thermal relay protection ensure stable and safe operation during the filtration process, and the quick-opening filter housing facilitates convenient maintenance and filter element replacement.
