Product Introduction

The PFC series replacement oil purifier uses new environmentally friendly filter elements to achieve high-efficiency solid particle filtration for various liquids in multiple scenarios. The filter material is made of special fiber and resin through a unique process with a fixed structure, preventing material unloading caused by flow fluctuations and pressure pulsations. It can not only be used for new oil injection filtration in hydraulic systems, but also as a special device for regular filtration of system contaminants, extending the service life of hydraulic components and ensuring normal system operation.

Product Features

It includes a special gear pump driven by motor, featuring low noise, strong self-priming ability and stable operation. The high-pressure pipeline is equipped with overflow protection device to effectively protect the safety of hydraulic system. It adopts thermal relay protection to prevent motor damage caused by overload. The oil suction port coarse filter protects the oil pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter. The filter can select different precisions according to user needs to meet various filtration requirements. The fine filter housing adopts quick-opening structure, allowing quick and easy opening and filter element replacement without any tools. The panel is equipped with a pressure gauge, which continuously indicates the system operation status and filter element pollution degree during operation.
Working Principle
Contaminated oil enters the filter system through the oil suction port, first passing through the coarse filter to remove large particles, then through the fine filter with selectable precision to remove fine impurities. After filtration, the clean oil can be directly injected into the hydraulic system or circulated back to the oil tank for

further purification. The overflow protection and thermal relay protection ensure stable and safe operation during the filtration process, and the quick-opening filter housing facilitates convenient maintenance and filter element replacement.
