Product Introduction

The coalescence dehydration oil purifier integrates five-stage filtration systems, combining coalescence filtration and high-efficiency dehydration. Introducing the US "coalescence separation" technology for dehydration, it has high dehydration efficiency and strong capacity, especially suitable for separating large amounts of water in oil, superior to centrifugal dehydration. It can break all oil-water emulsified structures in the medium; through the filtration of the particle filter system, the cleanliness of the qualified medium can be stably controlled to the state required by the system to ensure the cleanliness of the oil; it does not change the physical and chemical properties of the oil, prolongs the service life of the oil; has low energy consumption and operating cost; the system is equipped with excellent continuous working performance, suitable for online operation.

Product Features

The particle filtration system uses high-efficiency filter materials as filter media, with an oversized filter area design, effectively removing extremely fine particle impurities and achieving high cleanliness of the oil product. The coalescence system consists of a group of coalescence filter elements, and the coalescence filter element adopts a unique polar molecular structure. The free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets after passing through the filter element, and then sink to the water storage tank by gravity. The separation system is made of special hydrophobic material. When the oil passes through the filter element, the water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, coalesce with each other until they sink to the water storage tank by gravity. The drainage system stores the separated water in the water storage tank. When the interface height reaches the set value, the valve is opened to drain the water until it drops below the liquid level, the valve is closed, and the drainage is stopped.
Working Principle
The oil enters the purifier, first passing through the pre-filter to remove large particles, then entering the coalescence system. The free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger water droplets by the polar molecular structure of the coalescence filter element, and sink to the water storage tank by gravity. Then the oil enters the separation system made of hydrophobic material, and the remaining water droplets are blocked on the outer surface of the filter element, coalesce and sink. Finally, the oil passes through the fine filter to remove fine particles, ensuring the oil cleanliness meets the system requirements, and the separated water is discharged from the water storage tank.
