Working principle
The hydraulic oil pump starts, and negative pressure (vacuum suction) is generated at the pump port. The oil in the fuel tank passes through the inlet hole of the cylinder and is filtered from the outside to the inside of the filter element. The metal mesh intercepts welding slag, iron filings, and large impurities on the outer surface of the filter element. The filtered clean oil passes through the outlet of the filter head and is supplied to the hydraulic pump for suction.
Installation position: At the front end of the oil suction port of the hydraulic pump, it is used to intercept large particles of iron filings, welding slag, and rubber debris, protect the hydraulic pump, and only perform coarse filtration (80-180 μ m)
Core functions and features
Flexible installation: It can be directly installed on the side, upper or bottom of the fuel tank, with the suction cylinder submerged below the oil level and the filter head exposed to the outside.
Easy maintenance (self sealing valve): When replacing the filter element, simply turn on the end cap, and the internal self sealing valve will automatically close to prevent oil from flowing out of the tank, without the need to drain the tank.
System protection (transmitter and bypass valve):
Messenger: When the filter element is blocked to a certain extent (the vacuum degree at the oil outlet reaches 0.018MPa), a signal will be sent to remind to replace or clean the filter element.
Bypass valve: If it cannot be dealt with in a timely manner, the bypass valve will automatically open when the vacuum degree reaches 0.02MPa, avoiding the oil pump from suction
