Working principle
The oil pump absorbs oil under negative pressure, and the oil flows from the outside to the inside of the filter element, intercepting iron filings, welding slag, and coarse impurities to protect the oil pump.
The filter element is clogged and the vacuum rises, and the transmitter outputs an alarm signal.
When the vacuum reaches -0.02MPa, the built-in bypass valve opens, and the oil bypasses the filter element and directly enters the pump to avoid burning the pump due to suction
Applicable to: machine tool hydraulic stations, injection molding machines, and ordinary gear pump hydraulic systems, with limited budget, convenient oil tank drainage, and only for top installation conditions.
Core Features
Fixed installation position: It can only be installed on the upper part of the fuel tank, with the suction cylinder submerged below the oil level and the filter head exposed outside the fuel tank.
Non self sealing valve: This is the most significant difference between it and the TF series. Therefore, when replacing the filter element, it is not possible to automatically prevent the oil from flowing out of the tank, and attention should be paid to the operation.
Simplified pipeline: The oil outlet can be directly connected by pipe or flange, eliminating some pipe fittings and making installation simpler.
Equipped with protective function:
Messenger: When the filter element is clogged to a certain extent (with a pressure difference of 0.018MPa between the inlet and outlet), a signal will be sent to remind to replace or clean the filter element.
Bypass valve: If not dealt with in a timely manner, when the pressure difference further increases to 0.02 MPa, the bypass valve will automatically open to prevent the oil pump from being emptied.
Secondary pollution prevention design: The filter element is equipped with a collection cup or a collection baffle, which can carry out pollutants along with the filter element during replacement, avoiding them from falling back into the fuel tank and causing secondary pollution.
