Product features and advantages
The TF series filters are designed with full consideration for the convenience of use and the reliability of the system, and mainly have the following characteristics:
1. Flexible installation and simplified piping: The filter can be directly installed on the side, bottom, or upper part of the fuel tank. The filter head is exposed outside the fuel tank, and the suction cylinder is immersed below the liquid level. The oil outlet provides two connection methods: pipe type (threaded) and flange type. This design simplifies the system piping and eliminates the need for additional installation of shut-off valves and other fittings.
2. Self sealing valve design, easy maintenance: This is the most prominent feature of this series. When replacing or cleaning the filter element, simply turn on the end cap, and the internal self sealing valve will automatically close, isolating the oil tank circuit and ensuring that the oil does not flow out. This design makes maintenance work very clean and convenient, and when needed, the self sealing valve can also be used to drain oil from the tank.
3. Dual protection to enhance reliability:
Filter element pollution transmitter: When the filter element is blocked to a certain extent (the vacuum degree at the oil outlet reaches 0.018MPa), the transmitter will send a signal to remind to replace or clean the filter element.
Oil circuit bypass valve: If it cannot be stopped immediately for processing, the bypass valve will automatically open when the vacuum degree reaches 0.02MPa, preventing the oil pump from malfunctioning due to suction and providing emergency protection for the system
Model Description
The models of TF series filters follow certain coding rules, taking "TF-25 × ※ L-Y/C" as an example:
| component | meaning |
| TF | product series code |
| BH (optional) | indicates that the medium is water ethylene glycol, otherwise it represents general hydraulic oil |
| 25 | nominal flow rate, unit: L/min |
| ※ | Filtering accuracy, unit: μ m |
| L/F | connection method: L is threaded connection, F is flange connection |
| Y/C | transmitter type: Y is DC24V, C is AC220V; Omission indicates the absence of a transmitter |
