3. Installation requirements: The cylinder must be completely submerged below the liquid level of the fuel tank; Air leakage is strictly prohibited in the oil suction pipeline. Negative pressure intake can cause oil oxidation and pump noise.

4. * * Filter element selection * *: TFX stainless steel mesh filter element, which can be washed with kerosene and blown with compressed air for repeated use; The filter screen must be replaced immediately if it is deformed or perforated, and cannot be continued to be used.

Quick diagnosis of common faults

1. The oil pump has loud noise and vibration: it is highly likely that the filter element is clogged and the oil suction pipeline is leaking; Clean the TFX filter element in a timely manner and check the seal.

2. Frequent opening of bypass: severe oil pollution, rapid blockage of filter element, check the oil condition of the fuel tank.

3. Replace the filter element for oil leakage: Check for impurities on the sealing surface of the self sealing valve and clean any foreign objects.
