Three core institutions, understand why they are effective
1. Self sealing valve | the core of oil free maintenance
When the upper end cap is unscrewed to replace the filter element, the bottom self sealing valve automatically closes, cutting off the oil circuit of the oil tank, and the hydraulic oil inside the oil tank will not leak outward; After assembly, tighten the end cap and the self sealing valve will automatically reset and open the oil circuit.
No need to stop and drain oil, no need to install additional shut-off valves, greatly reducing maintenance time, minimizing oil loss, and significantly improving on-site maintenance efficiency.
2. Bypass valve | Prevent cavitation of oil pump suction
The filter element is blocked by impurities after long-term use, and the vacuum degree continues to increase. When the filter element cannot be replaced in a timely manner and the vacuum reaches the opening threshold, the bypass valve automatically opens, and the oil bypasses the filter element and is directly supplied to the oil pump to avoid the oil pump sucking up and causing cavitation damage to the pump body.
Attention: Opening the bypass is for emergency protection and does not mean that the filtration is normal. After the alarm, the filter element should still be dealt with as soon as possible, otherwise impurities will directly enter the system.
3. Blocked transmitter (optional Y-shaped configuration)
Real time monitoring of the vacuum degree of the filter element. When the filter element becomes clogged and reaches the set vacuum degree of 0.018MPa, the transmitter outputs an electrical signal alarm to remind the operation and maintenance personnel to clean or replace the TFX filter element, achieving predictive maintenance and avoiding post fault outbreaks.
Infrastructure and workflow
The oil enters from the oil inlet on the side wall of the cylinder, passes through the FX stainless steel mesh filter to intercept solid particles, and the clean oil flows upward to the oil outlet of the filter head, supplying the hydraulic oil pump; Metal impurities are trapped on the outside of the filter screen, achieving source protection for precision components such as pumps, valves, and oil cylinders.
Quick diagnosis of common faults
1. The oil pump has loud noise and vibration: it is highly likely that the filter element is clogged and the oil suction pipeline is leaking; Clean the TFX filter element in a timely manner and check the seal.
2. Frequent opening of bypass: severe oil pollution, rapid blockage of filter element, check the oil condition of the fuel tank.
3. Replace the filter element for oil leakage: Check for impurities on the sealing surface of the self sealing valve and clean any foreign objects.
Core technical parameters
Nominal flow rate: 25-1300 L/min (TF-25~TF-1300)
Common precision: 80 μ m/100 μ m/180 μ m (metal mesh filter TFX), the oil suction filter only performs coarse filtration and does not require high precision
Original pressure loss:<0.01MPa (oil absorption requires extremely low resistance to prevent pump cavitation)
Nominal pressure: 0.6-1.6MPa
Working temperature: -25~80 ℃
Suitable filter element: TFX-XX × 80/100/180 metal mesh filter element
