What is TF box external self sealing oil suction filterThe ordinary built-in oil suction filter is completely immersed inside the fuel tank, and replacing the filter element requires draining the oil and opening the cover, which is cumbersome to operate and causes serious waste of oil.The biggest feature of the TF series is that the filter head is exposed outside the fuel tank, the filter cylinder sinks below the liquid level of the fuel tank, and is directly installed on the side, top or bottom of the fuel tank. The oil outlet is connected to the oil pump suction port. The integrated self sealing valve, bypass valve, and blocking transmitter have three core mechanisms, which can complete the disassembly and maintenance of filter elements without draining the oil tank. They replace the old-fashioned LXZ series products and are widely used in various hydraulic stations, engineering machinery, and metallurgical equipment.

Workflow
The oil enters from the oil inlet on the side wall of the cylinder, passes through the TFX stainless steel mesh filter to intercept solid particles, and the clean oil flows upward to the oil outlet of the filter head, supplying the hydraulic oil pump; Metal impurities are trapped on the outside of the filter screen, achieving source protection for precision components such as pumps, valves, and oil cylinders.
Difference from TFA series
The TF series also has a sibling model, the TFA series. The main difference between the two is that the TFA series filter can only be installed on the upper part of the fuel tank and is not equipped with a self sealing valve. Therefore, in scenarios where installation on the side or bottom of the fuel tank is required and there is a high demand for maintenance convenience, the TF series is a better choice.
