Automatic Brush Self-Cleaning Filter — Continuous Filtration, Zero Downtime, Minimal Water Loss

The automatic brush self-cleaning filter uses an electric-driven stainless brush to scrape debris off the screen without interrupting flow. It triggers cleaning automatically by differential pressure or preset timer, consuming minimal water and requiring no manual disassembly. Ideal for river water, cooling water, process water and irrigation systems carrying sand, rust, algae or suspended solids — protecting spray nozzles, heat exchangers and membranes while cutting water and maintenance cost.

Application:

1. Iron and Steel Metallurgy:

Self-cleaning filters are used for circulating cooling water, continuous casting water, and high-pressure descaling systems. They capture rust, scale, and sediment to protect rolling mills, continuous casting nozzles, and heat exchangers, while also handling side-stream filtration for turbid circulating water systems operating continuously 24/7.

2. Power and Thermal Power Generation:

Self-cleaning filters are used for cooling tower circulating water, generator seal water, and RO pretreatment systems. They remove bacteria, algae, and rust impurities to prevent scaling and clogging in condensers and heat exchangers, and serve as upstream safety filtration for boiler feedwater.

3. Petrochemical Industry:

Self-cleaning filters are used for side-stream circulating water filtration, oilfield reinjection water, and process cooling water systems. They filter out suspended solids and corrosion products, protecting heat exchangers and pipelines, reducing system blowdown, and lowering chemical consumption.

4. Agricultural and Landscape Irrigation:

Self-cleaning filters are used in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems for fields, golf courses, and nurseries, as well as in river and well water pretreatment systems. They filter out sediment and aquatic vegetation, preventing clogs in drip lines and sprinkler heads, making them the ideal choice for water-saving irrigation.

5. Municipal Water Treatment:

Self-cleaning filters are used for raw water pretreatment, reclaimed water reuse systems, landscape water filtration, and irrigation water filtration. They pretreat lake, reservoir, and groundwater by removing sediment and algae, and serve as upstream filtration for reclaimed water reuse to reduce the load on downstream membrane systems.

6. Paper Industry:

Self-cleaning filters are used in paper mill white water recovery systems. They capture pulp fibers and suspended solids, enabling white water recycling, reducing fiber loss, and protecting pipelines and nozzles.

7. HVAC and Building Services:

Self-cleaning filters are used in central air conditioning circulating water and boiler return water systems. They filter out pipeline rust and sediment, preventing clogs in air conditioning coils and plate heat exchangers, thereby improving heat exchange efficiency. 8. Automotive Manufacturing:

Self-cleaning filters are used for process water filtration in painting lines and for workshop circulating cooling water systems; they protect spray nozzles, reduce particle-related defects, stabilize painting water quality, and ensure continuous production.

9. Mining Industry:

Self-cleaning filters are used for filtering water for underground dust-suppression sprays and mine production processes; they remove ore fines and rock dust, prevent clogging of dust-suppression nozzles, and ensure the stability of underground dust-control systems.

10. Membrane System Pre-treatment:

Self-cleaning filters serve as safety filters upstream of Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems; they capture large suspended particles, protect expensive membrane elements, reduce membrane fouling, and extend membrane service life.
