Working Principle

Four-Stage Coalescing Process:

  1. Inertial Separation

    • Cyclonic inlet removes bulk liquids and particles ≥25µm

  2. Depth Coalescing

    • Multi-layer gradient media merges 1-25µm aerosols

  3. Surface Separation

    • Hydrophobic PTFE membrane releases clean gas

  4. Liquid Management

    • Anti-reentrainment barrier directs liquids to sump

Integrated safety cage prevents media migration during flow surges
