Product Description

The PSFG series filter cartridges are designed for harsh air and gas filtration conditions, effectively handling corrosive and erosive contaminants such as rust, grit, scale, and chemicals entrained in the airflow.

Features:

High-strength, corrosion-resistant structure: Utilizing a heavy-duty steel outer shell, end caps, and central tube, it withstands high-speed particle impact, significantly reducing the risk of filter failure due to erosion.

Chemical-resistant synthetic filter media: Made with synthetic fibers (polyester, polypropylene, nylon, or glass fiber) of absolute rated precision, it resists various chemicals such as acids, alkalis, corrosion inhibitors, and foaming agents, preventing tearing, swelling, or shedding of the filter media.

Large effective filtration area: High dust holding capacity, low pressure drop, and a service life far exceeding that of conventional filter elements.

Filtration Accuracy: 0.5 ~ 50 μm (Absolute Efficiency 99.98%)

Maximum Temperature Resistance: Polyester 240°F, Polypropylene 180°F, Nylon 300°F, Glass Fiber 240°F

Maximum Pressure Drop: 50 psid (may be reduced due to container design limitations)

Recommended Replacement Pressure Drop: 15 psid

Flow Direction: External Inlet, Internal Outlet

End Seal: Double-opening (compatible with knife-edge, flat gasket, and other sealing structures), ensuring complete isolation between the dirty and clean sides.

Filtration accuracy options (must be specified separately): 0.5 μm, 1 μm, 5 μm, 10 μm, 20 μm, 50 μm (absolute efficiency 99.98%).

Material options: Filter media (polyester/polypropylene/nylon/glass fiber), gasket (nitrile rubber, other materials optional), center tube/outer shell/end cap (galvanized or tin-plated steel).
