Compared with standard FG-24, FG-324 adopts upgraded thickened high-density gradient fiber media, greatly improving micro-aerosol interception efficiency and contamination holding capacity. Compared with short-type FG-312, it features extended effective filtration length, realizing higher gas throughput while maintaining ultra-high purification accuracy. The optimized straight cylindrical structure ensures uniform radial gas flow, avoiding local turbulence and pressure loss during long-term continuous operation.
Our LEFILTER replacement FG-324 element adopts industrial-grade enhanced oleophilic-hydrophobic composite media. The multi-layer gradient density design achieves staged filtration, effectively capturing tiny suspended liquid droplets that easily penetrate ordinary filters, and rapidly coalescing micro-aerosols into large liquid masses for gravity separation. The integrated one-piece metal end cap with precision sealing grooves eliminates gas bypass and short-circuit filtration. Working Principle
FG-324 adopts PECO’s advanced balanced high-precision coalescing separation mechanism:
1. Contaminated natural gas carrying micro liquid aerosols, condensate and fine solid impurities flows radially outward from the inner core.
2. High-density gradient heavy-duty media intercepts submicron liquid particles and coalesces tiny aerosols into large droplets.
3. Coalesced liquid accumulates on the outer media surface and flows downward by gravity for automatic discharge.
4. Ultra-dry and high-purity natural gas passes through the filter layer and enters downstream pipelines, completing gas-liquid-solid three-phase deep purification.
