Product Overview
PECO FG-536 is the ultra-heavy-duty flagship model of the FG natural gas coalescer lineup. Different from FG-36 and FG-336 standard long-size elements, FG-536 adopts upgraded wide-diameter body and maximum extended filtration area, providing unmatched gas throughput and ultra-large dirt holding capacity. It completely solves the bottleneck problem of insufficient flow rate of conventional filters in large gas station main line systems.
Our replacement FG-536 filter adopts industrial super-thick gradient oleophilic-hydrophobic glass fiber media. The widened multi-layer media structure realizes high-efficiency staged coalescence and deep interception, maintaining excellent liquid separation performance even under extreme high-flow gas impact. The reinforced integral metal end cap with full-perimeter precision sealing completely eliminates gas bypass leakage. The heavy-duty thick-wall internal support tube features ultra-high pressure resistance and structural stability, resisting media expansion, collapse and deformation under long-term 24/7 full-load operation. FG-536 is the ideal choice for industrial users pursuing maximum flow rate, longest service life and minimum maintenance frequency.

Working Principle
FG-536 adopts PECO’s maximum-flow adaptive deep coalescing principle:
1. Ultra-large volume polluted natural gas carrying high-content condensate and solid impurities flows radially outward from the inner core.
2. Super-large area gradient media captures massive liquid droplets and micro aerosols, coalescing them into macroscopic liquid masses.
3. Aggregated liquid flows down along the outer media surface and is discharged from the filter housing by gravity.
4. Ultra-clean and dry natural gas passes through the media steadily, completing high-volume gas-liquid-solid three-phase purification.

Application Scenarios
FG-536 maximum-flow coalescing filter elements are exclusively applied in super-large industrial gas purification systems, including national main gas transmission trunk line stations, large gas field gathering and processing plants, ultra-large city gate stations, petrochemical heavy-duty process gas systems and large-scale power plant gas supply equipment. As the highest-flow core filtration component of the PECO FG series, it undertakes the main gas-liquid separation work of the entire system, effectively protecting large compressors, turbine units, precision metering systems and key pipeline equipment from liquid erosion and particle abrasion.
Product Advantages
1. Industry maximum flow design, perfectly matching large trunk line gas transmission demand
2. Ultra-large contamination holding capacity, greatly reducing shutdown maintenance times
3. Heavy-duty media maintains stable coalescing efficiency under long-term high-flow impact
4. Optimized low-resistance structure ensures minimal pressure loss in main pipeline operation
5. Complete PECO FG full-series coverage, realizing one-stop solution for all FG model replacements
